To which rank should have sovereign players be promoted in new season? Because ot makes no sense-players who said here that gpt rewarded for diamond 2(instead of sovereign) got promoted to gold 1.I got rewarded for sovereign and also started from gold 1? How can ve same starting point for diamond and sovereign rank? Not just me ofc,I see friends from sovereign same in gold.Also if I remember well when we got that gold level 1 it was with full stars,after losing 1 battle I got to gold 2,how?! It should be downgrade after you lose all stars and 1 battle doesn't take away all stars

Players who got finalized on March 1st will have a better starting rank at Season 2. Because their later ranks won't be counted after March 1st. Maybe you and your friend had almost the same rank on March 1st. Thanks.

Crap update! Went to gold 1 but after making it to platinum 5 I can no longer get in a match. This goes for everyone who isn't gold fix the problem and match system until more people actually play this game. 1 star review until compensated.

After update today I notice my hero sending out some messages that I don't send.Either someone else in team is sending them but it shows my icon on them or those messages are sent for no reason at all.Like about attacking dragon and elements lord.And there is no same hero in enemy team so it can't be that someone in enemy team is sending them for all to see.
2nd thing is since few days ago I noticed when attacking turret heroes keep focusing on minions if they walk in range and you can't stop them from attacking minion instead of turret which is frustrating when you're about to finish turret, enemy minion walks in and your minions are about to die and almost gone turret will attack you. This wasn't like this before so please fix it.It's not about one hero issue it's about any I played recently like Lil Witch, Namida, Winter Witch, Shadowstrike etc...Or is there something in settings to change this because I didn't notice how to change it if it's possible?

The recommended equipment were changed after I bought the 1st item.

Bug: This bug happened especially on the Abaddon character. When I modified the recommend equipment at the "prepared for battle" tab.
When i "ranked play", after 3-5 min, the recommend equipment immediately change. That make me be so hard to buy equipment. Please fix this bug.
P/S: this bug happen when the Season 2 started.

I asked a simple question-to which level in new season should be promoted players who ended up at Sovereign level in past season? Bronze 1,2,3-Silver 1,2,3- Gold 1,2,3,
Platinum...etc?
So just to be clear and for everyone else here to see how you're making fools of us. Certain players you finalized on March 1st and they allegedly ranked diamond 2 eventhough they were at sovereign at that time.So you sent them rewards for diamond and promote them to diamond?! And you could have simply sent them difference in rewards that they didn't get. Or you did send that too? Do you have any idea how much matches does that difference make?! So I have a friend who was sovereign, didn't log in for 3 days now and is at diamond 2. While I who played and did log in,was sovereign also and am at gold 1. So explain to all of us why did you make this kind of mistake and why are we degraded even if we reached max level earlier according to your words? And why do we have now platinum 5 when last season we had platinum 3 lowest?

Every time I'm playing a match in about 4-5 minutes after a message shows "you've been afk for long....." And my hero starts making his own combo..my kills and assist doesn't match when the match ends..it shows "MATCH OVER" when it didn't over in mine...
I've lost consecutive 8 matches in a row for this problem.. plz fix it

Buscando partida duranto 10 a 20 minutos. Emparejamiento de sur america con norte america dando delay de 2 a 4 segundos de retraso. Para eso bajan a todos a bronce para que suban, los que tengan que subir. Muy mal decempeño. Estropearon un moba que era uno de los mejores que jugue. Y no dan solucion alguna. Tener que esperar durante 1 o 2 semanan para que se acomoden las ligas a medida que los usuarios juegan no es una solucion. Pero parece la unica dejar de jugar 2 semanas o dejar de jugarlo para siempre.

Matchmaking is TOO SLOW.
Sometimes it feels like no one is playing the game please start advertising your game so you have a larger player base or players will start to leave due to queue waiting time.
