    Problem on contact with game

    Hi I can't contact with the game every min he said problem on contact ...I have good contact with internet with Wifi 4G I think the problem from the game not contact

    Betty what happened?? I'm losing the 2nd free stamina going to lose my arena reward and I didn't buy stamina or doing my daily today please hurry can't waiting more I delete the game and I download it again but the same nothing change

    Are you trying to kick me out of the game? I'm losing EXP team on yesterday and also today if you will add the Losing EXP team to me there's no problem but I can't lose more EXP team
    It's seems like you say to me quit quickly

    I'll try to help you here, even if I'm not ucool: The problem is probably local on your device, please check:
    1. Can you browse the internet from your device?
    2. Are you using wireless or 3G? if wireless, please disable it and try to reconnect.
    3. Can you connect to a different wireless network and try to connect to the game?
    4. If the problem persists even on other wireless networks or 3G, please try to install bluestacks/HC on your PC, it will allow you to at least maintain your account until the problem is debugged and fixed - just add your gmail account, install HC on bluestacks and you will be able to access it and do your dailies.

    The problem is on my country I ask my friends and the internet is not fast like before because they fix something but it open another game like Clash of Zombies it open with this low internet why HC not open ?

    I'm losing the EXP for the 2nd day's
    With stamina event I'm buying 9 times stamina everyday😢
    I'm losing EXP
    If there's someone will help and log my game for few day's I'm waiting😢

    We tried logging in your game from North America or East Asia and we had no problems logging in your account. Please try search for a free or paid VPN service from Google Play or iTunes and try again. Thanks.
