Betty for what we are spending time on test server and give you Feedbacks ???

It seems that all the "work" that we are doing for you is absolutely useless. 100% of our feedbacks get ignored. Is it a normal way to listen a communauty ?

UCOOL does not give a SHIT about their community, their players, what they think and their complaints. If you really believed for ONE second that they cared, you're the one to blame. Stop hoping, stop believing in their lies, just play the game until it dies or you're bored, and MOST OF ALL, stop giving them money. Stop giving a shit, the same way they don't. They already have new games under a new company name (for a fresh, clean, reputation), HC is like the least of their worries, they're just keeping it alive as long as morons keep giving them half their salaries.

Yes, it´s all far from perfect - but if you can´t see one positive Thing that was done in recent times - then you are blind or ...

- "pitty" timer in crusade - 1 guaranteed item every 15 days (with luck more)
- Heroes added to Shops: all recent Login heroes were straight added to Shops - (yes I know, recent VIP heroes to None)
- Gear needed for Promotion to r0/1/2 added to Crusade,Guild,Arena and GA shop
- whole new Feature that has it own flaws, but is a lot fun for a lot Players: WoG - with that quite some really good rewards
- todays patch completed "where to get" list
- red dots reminding you of betting now everywhere
- Heroes Camp changes (new Levels, trainingsqueue, shield,etc) - still flaws, but quite some changes and some requests fulfilled (Queue,shield)


If this feels like HC is completely ignored by ucool, well, I can´t remember how many (such) changes have been introduced in rather short time in past.

Nothing to add, 100% agree, far from the perfection but lot of progress.

I do not say everything is perfect - not even did in that post.

But it´s just not true nothing is done at all - and with that nothing good is done.


The issue with games existing so long times is that wishes/Needs of People differ more and more.

Some just don´t want new Features, want old things changed in a way they would like it to have - make everything easier to get/accomplish
On the other Hand you have People that want to have new Features, more Features, better Features....


Just look in Forum of a lot games...especially WoW how much the game changed in past and how from day 1 all had different opinions/wishes/Needs.
And how for years now People in Forum telling how much worse everything became and how soon the game will die....

Don't say that, I wrote t them about sending us heroes that we need to upgrade skills and enchant while we have no gold and need to either do crusade or spend gems for it and they sent us 50m gold next they, see they listen :P lol now seriously I can't believe they kept price for training 1h same as it was 3h...basically they did nothing with this, in order to train we have to somehow magically produce those huge amounts of resources and ask them how, they have no idea ofc

one hour training needed same loots as three hours training.
upgraded buildings to level 6
so either ucool giving alot of free loots on a weekly basic, i dont know how we manage to have enough for anything
yeah, you can plunder. but we aint no full time heroes charge players.
nobody will remember the goods, all we will remember are the bads, face the reality man.

dont forget, to get out of a dead server and return to your original server (as the obvious HC player experts known as producers) costs hundreds of dollars, because they dont 'encourage it', but the sure a fk 'encouraged' moving down servers, not sure wtf the difference is, but ya'll that moved to now dead servers, can cash in and move on to another game, let me know if you find 1 worth playing, id love to find something better.
