When book is crafted, stop dropping another book fragments. Do not allow to sell crafted books. Or do you have idea to upgrade books in the future?

I recently spent DAYS upon days getting all of the books but the last three purple books due to not beating chapter 15 yet. Now mind you I have over 85 Characters all of which are level 88+ and more than 50% of them are O1... So getting on the game this morning looking continue my battle at maxing out each books skills has been a DAILY STRUGGLE. In the time I've been doing this I actually managed to Max out 2 books completely. And started at least one skill if not multiple in other books slowly trying to complete each new character skill that is available. Well between yesterday and today I was playing the game and realized when I sold what I thought were EXTRA BOOKS - BUT turned out to be the actual books I sold. UNBELIEVABLE!!! Why would you ever make it possible to SELL THE CRAFTED BOOK! Especially once it has things done within it. HUGE technical error. Upon notifying the tech support I was told it would be 24 hours before they could even get a response to me. Yet I pay REAL MONEY to play the game every single month and have for well over a year. These types of things should get what we call in customer service the WHITE GLOVE TREATMENT - NOT A COLD SHOULDER WITH ZERO RESPONSE ON WHY THIS HAPPENED. UTTERLY DISGUSTED AT THIS LACK OF SUPPORT.
