i make speculation like this = 1. March (new legendary, new skin introduced) -> 2. April (new level cap, new gear, WH7) -> 3. (mass retire, more dead server) -> 4. (Server Merge) -> 5. (More p2w content) -> 5. (mass retire again) -> 6. (HC dead)

okay, this just my speculation, no need to be so serious lol.. but remember this when we enter phase 5 LMAO..

Going to an old server makes you their bitch so it cost you 10$, going to a new server makes you the king of the server so it cost you 100$. In my opinion the cost for going up servers is ok because if I were in that server I would be really pissed if somenone just appear over night and get all the rewards just because he decided to migrate.
