    I guess now you do not understand.
    Due to your system bugs with extreme condition, I have been charged twice.
    I want compensation that i mentioned in the previous PM.

    Alright Betty,
    I'm running out of patience.
    Until now you still don't understand & you haven't answer my request & questions.
    I'm fine with the NO REFUND but i demand for a compensation for your system bug double charged me.
    That's all, why is it so hard for you to answer me.
    Are you a real human or an automated answering system ?

    You gave us 2 order receipts. And we showed you that you have claimed both already. Please let us know if you have any questions.
    If Google have sent us the payment, you would have received a receipt. Please let us know if you have another receipt around that time so that we can check. If you insist that you were billed twice but you don't have another order receipt, then, please contact Google for more information. Thanks.

    I got cancer when I read your typical reply again.
    I am not talking about the claims & yes, I told you I have already received the items (see #3).
    I am not happy with your system bug in extreme conditions (see #4) that cost me extra $99.9 on the same package.
    Therefore here I ask/request/demand for compensation.
