    Double Billing

    Hi,

    A few days ago (Oct 21) I purchased the "Monthly Card" using PayPal. Now I noticed that I was billed twice for it:

    User GiP
    ID 7927956

    The Paypal data is:

    Oct 21 Transaction ID 4JX60429R6023724D
    Invoice ID IT00DFQMA9
    Your purchase Google Play 3,29 EUR

    And
    Oct 21 Transaction ID 20M665314L454861D
    Invoice ID IT00DFNLM8
    Your purchase Google Play 3,29 EUR

    Please fix this,

    Sorry for the inconvenience. Could you attach a screenshot of your iTunes Purchase History for both transactions here to check please? It could be that we charged you twice for one order. You can use the 'Report a Problem' button in your order history to report the problem and ask Apple to refund the extra charged amount to you. If you would like us to deliver the missing Monthly Card to you, please attach or link a screenshot of your iTunes Purchase History for both transactions here. Thanks.

    Sorry, I have no idea what iTunes is.... or where to find the "order history", but Don't have an Apple so I suppose this is why.

    I have found an "order history" in Google Play" but there is no "report a problem" and it lists two orders in the same day for "120 Daily Gems X 30" (which should be inmpossible) . If you can extend it to 60 day as if I renewd it already for the next month it's fine whith me...

    If you use Google Play, please check your gmail and see if you can find both order receipt emails sent from Google. And then post both receipt numbers here so that we can confirm that we charged you twice. If you had only one receipt number, then we didn't got the money from google. In this case, please contact google play for more information. Thanks.

    I thought that the recept number was the "invoice ID" I sent in the first post but I see that it's different. This is what I received from Google:

    Order number: GPA.1390-1772-8795-65868
    Order date: Oct 21, 2016 6:37:18 PM CEST
    Item Price
    120 Daily Gems X 30 (Heroes Charge) 3,29 €

    And

    Order number: GPA.1329-6948-4726-54070
    Order date: Oct 21, 2016 6:37:52 PM CEST
    Item Price
    120 Daily Gems X 30 (Heroes Charge) 3,29 €

    I hope this is what you need.
