Who to obtain first, RF or TF? I stopped playing a year ago but have recently returned. TL90.
I have DW, ADM, WC and BW at O or O+1. I have PSY, DV and SIL but do not have COMMDR.
I do not have GRIFF or DL or DuK at 5* yet. I have O, O+1: CW, FD, NA, DM, DK, FM, PH, MYS, CHAP, VS, SL, DiBr and OC.
What are RF's strengths/weaknesses? Who does he work well with?
Turtle fighter works on almost every team, attack or defense. This has been true since his release, and will likely continue to be true at level 105.
Rose Fencer has a much narrower application, but is still important. I remember him also being on every team in the high 90s, low 100s, when you start getting R+0 geared heroes. I'm not sure if he is any good before then.
