    Crusade Bug

    It's been several days the game freezes when I passed stage 3 and click stage 4. I rebooted my cell phone, restarted game, neither worked. Now I can only pass first 3 stages and cannot play the following stages, missed tons of gears and golds. Please help. Thanks

    It looks like that the fight didn't pass the battle verification. Please try with another hero which would probably work. Please also attach a screenshot for both you and your opponent's team so that we could look into the problem. If you use iOS version, please do update the game from App Store once the ensure that the game is running at the latest version. Thanks.

    Just a suggestion relating to log.
    Why not record what operating system the device is play on? That will reduce the need to ask player what os they play.
    Include record like the os build number, much like HC versioning.
    Like android v6.0.1 or ios 9 ver.xxx

    Game: Version 2.1.37.181

    It freezes when I clicked the down arrow, couldn't enter into the stage.

    Occasionally, when I was able to enter into the stage, the opponent had no heroes in battle. It's always the same opponent, and passed the stage without fight.

    The in-game ticket system logs the device and game version information. But game forum doesn't have these APIs. Thanks.

    Thanks for the response. I passed stage 4 and was able to get the screen shot of the opponent (see attachment). This is the same opponent appears every time when the fight does not freeze.

    Now, the crusade freezes on stage 5. I think it's highly possible caused by the opponent who does not have any heroes in the team.

    Could you please help check again?
