You need to rotate heroes... or allow us to cash in shop coins for different shops.

5 Crusade Coins = 1 Guild Coin
5 Guild Coins = 1 Arena Coin
5 Arena Coins = 1 Grand Arena Coin
5 Grand Arena Coins = 1 Tournament Coin

Soul Shop remains as is

Or

20 Crusade Coins = 1 GT coin
10 Arena/GA/Guild = 1 GT coin

I agree, this seems fair. Also, if it is not asking to much, I would like be able to put extra lanterns from the booty cave into my furnace. I think the resulting explosion would create resources aplenty. Maybe for limited use as a catalyst?

Well, don't think everyone would see it that away, especially not at these exchange rates.
5 GA coins for 1 GT?
Average players easily get 34 GA coins per hour, that's almost 7 GT coins, in 2 weeks ( GT season duration) :
34x24x14 /5 = 2284 more as half the amount GT rank1 guild gets.

And don't forget there are servers/guilds/players sitting whole day in GA top 10,so getting more coins to exchange
Plus some players don't need anything from GA anymore, even more from the other shops, so they can exchange far more... Plus those and others might be in top guilds so getting GT coins additional (plus betting).

It would clearly benefit such players/heavy spenders big way to even easier 5* ex VIP heroes (if they don't just buy them) and/Or get them gear in an even easier way.

The better way would be to have it same as it was in past. After heroes released in magic chest, maybe put them 1 month or even 2 to GT, then to another shop.

I think sniper or Psycopath has the easiest drop rate...athleast for me.
