    Exclamation opinion on unethical ucool practices.

    Upon last update, all cost were decreased in wh. Upon seeing this, I upgraded from 3 to 4. While in upgrade time, I noticed I was quite close to wh5. Seeing this, I decided to exchange coins, resources and a few gems to get the rest of material needed to push to 5, and rush my wh 4 to the cost of 3000 gems. Immediately after I rushed it, I got the not enough materials message. Seems I was dropped of quite a bit of material, even though the display did not register any of this. Now I am quite upset over this, and since requested a return of the gems, to no avail. They claim the gift sent to all players was compensation. I disagree. I would not have spent the 3000 gems if the information they displayed was correct. I had done multiple game functions, so it had time to resfresh, so why was it still so far off? I checked logs, and the attacks were not in quick order. What excuse do they have to display incorrect information, and not Make ethical retribution to those who were mislead into spending? Just generic apology messages. Is this my fault? Did I need to restart game every time we do wh function? Please return my gems. This is your fault Ucool. You gave bad information, and it is the only information we as players have to base these decisions on. Please explain how this is not your fault, and why they should not be replaced. And why you think mass gift to all players covers the loss? Any player opinion?

    I'm with you. I completely agree with everything you said, but... OK, let's try and make some noise:

    Ucool, he is RIGHT. Please give him back his gems ASAP.

    This exact thing happened to me and I have also requested a refund of my gems. The issue is, they give incorrect information. Their response in my ticket was that it is indeed a bug and they have confirmed this.

    I rushed all my resources which got me to 240k/240k/40k. My main plundering troops were dead, my furnace full, my gold spent. My last option was to a) buy resources with gems or b) lose it all to plundering.

    So I decided to quickly spend my gems on the remaining resources. I was above the WH4 requirements on my screen and attempted multiple times to purchase WH4, but kept saying insufficient resources. Approx 5-10minutes later I was down 30k again. Little did I know I was actually not at 240/240/40, I was closer to 220/220/30 and didn't even own enough gems to meet the requirements even if I wanted to purchase.

    The fact is, if their bug was not present, I would have not purchased gems (nor would I have enough gems to get the resources anyway since I spent them all).

    Their bug mislead me into thinking I had 240k/240k/40k when I in fact had much less. If they showed proper information I would have my gems. This is their fault and should be fixed.

    Give me back my 2000gems.

    You're missing the point here. Read his message again. He knows NOW that he didn't have the resources, but he thought that he DID have them because the information was displayed wrongly.

    So, long story short, he thought that he was close, decided to spend 3k gems to finish the upgrade to WH4 instantly, tried to buy the upgrade to WH5 and he couldn't because of a BUG in the game that was showing outdated information (because apparently he was plundered several times for 30k+ each, like it happened to me and many others who got no compensation at all, but at least I was lucky enough to not waste my gems like this player).

    There could be refresh problem, we feel sorry about that and our developers would look inot the problem soon. But the player had only half of the needed Mercury and Iron to upgrade to level 5. So we cannot refund the gems.

    He had half but your interface shown that he had near War Hall 4 requirements.

    So he decided to spend gems to get there.

    It was YOUR BUG that made him spend gems.

    So give him his gems, be nice to customers and don't use unethical tactics.

    Even if op has only 5% of each resource but display shown he has 95%, and he made the decision to close the remaining gap of 5%, it is still not his fault. So be gentleman and refund gems to him. In business, sometime supplier has to bear this kind of risk. It's just not fair to pass this kind of risk to the consumer. It is all about fair practice.

    betty, let make it clear it the display bug at heroes camp that make this happen, their be others thread (forget where it is) that some players have clearly stated where get plunders, the numbers on the display didnt change and u guys didnt fix that, that cause many players have to constent log in log out just to know exact numbers, is one of the worst experience in gaming that u have to log in logout multiple times just to get things right

    at least give back his gems that all he ask

    Once again, I ask what steps as players should we take to make sure this doesn't happen again? Or are you going to treat all paying customers this way for your mistakes? Thanks for support. This is unethical.
