    what are you doing with my accounts, ucool?

    The game stopped at connecting... screen when i tried to play this morning
    Both with my computer and Ipad...
    Is this the way for telling me to quit now? Find the problem and fix it

    i had asked via in game support to delete one of my ACCOUNTS in that IOS game center ID
    NOT to delete everything completely.
    How dear your admin deleted the WHOLE thing.
    Can't they read or can't i write?

    One IOS game center ID for heroes charge.
    Multi accounts in different servers with that game center ID.
    Asked to delete/remove one of the accounts from that game center ID.
    Your admin/tech team/developers DELETED everything from that game center ID that connected with heroes charge.
    Then stopped/blocked or whatever you want to call it from me logging in with that game center ID.
    Sorry, for me personally, that doesn't sound right at all.
    It took Betty, you more than 12 hours to respond to the post, thank you for your hard work.

    ONLY KEEP account ID 25165667
    Which is the account from server 76
    And DELETE all other accounts from that Game Center ID

    As for my latest try.
    Still stuck at the Connecting...
    So now is that my issue or the admin is still recovering my account?
    Why am i still not able to log in the game and play?

    This is my main account now, no touch please
    I would like to have a definite answer please
    I believe as a customer's rights, i can ask to delete the account i don't want to see/keep/play
