GL should be able to move ALL teams in GT!

Name of my thread says it all. Guild leader and officers SHOULD be able to move ALL teams of all players in GT, once they are in lanes.Me, as a guild leader, sick and tired of having the strategy screwed because someone didnt move their teams. Why the only privilege of gl and officers is just be able to see teams?!It has to be done! I am 100% sure that EVERY guild leader and officer will support my cry for help!! MAKE IT HAPPEN!!

I'm officer and I do not.
It will happen max 3 times someone doesn't move without good excuse. Then he is kicked.
This is a guild tournament, a team challenge.
If you as GL/officer can't lead right, have good guildies, then why you should do better as another guild that can do that....

Its not about the right leading. Its about accidental mistakes and their corrections. And what advantage, if those rights would be equal for every guild?
Thank you for being judgemental btw lol

What accidental mistakes and their corrections?

You have 4 possibilities in game to early communicate Setup: Whisper,PM,GuildMail or GuildChat

    +
you have numerous additional possibilities: Line app, Whatsapp,Facebook,whatever...amost every serious guild has one of these and more as often mandatory

yes there can be cases someone is not online for 24hours he can set up (if known before he should inform GL/Officer before and they can consider that when planning Setup) and there can be cases something in reallife will happen that a member can not move.
But seriously: How often does that happen and even more important: how often does that happen with 2,3, or even more People? and how much does that really influence the result?

If such circumstances (communication, Information to officers, only rarely someone not moving) sounds unfamiliar to you, sorry to say, then you or your guildmembers donīt take that serious....and then it more as fair that guilds that do better in those things , well, just do better.

This is a multiplayer game and this is pretty much the only part (except help in GA/Arena) Teamplay is necessary. Be it members just move on time (and officers/GL communicate Setup as soon as possible)
or be it they do their best in Team Setups (and/or get instructions for mandatory Combos).

Anyway, ucool already told this wonīt be changed...exactly because of that reasons...

Thank u again for being judgemental and patronizing:-) My guild is the multiple GT winner, and it rocks. We know the game very well. When you r fighting guild of the same power one player in the wrong lane can be crucial. We have multiple major guilds of same power in our bracket. U dont need to patronize ppl u know nothing about.
    Good luck!

Don't take his words as an attack. It's quite easy for the regulars on here to get annoyed by these duplicate threads. This particular one has cropped up many times.

I used to think like you, but now agree that the team play and communication of GT are what makes it fun. If we could move the teams on our own, then what's the point? Where's the fun for the non-officers? It's a "guild" tournament, not officer and leader tournament.

you are quite correct, however, there are more guilds that are struggling to participate and actually at least make it out of the prelims that dont quite have to luxury of 50 very attentive players all communicating effectively. I whisper, i send out prelim emails before signups, I send out mails after signups, between matches, and often before a battle starts we arent where we should be, so other than the 'comraderie, fun, etc etc et all'.... I still agree with the op, even tho ufool, i mean ucool, has dismissed the idea. oh, as to kicking on a server where not 1 player is moving to a mid power quild, kicking inattentive players isnt a helpful option.

It's maybe nothing for a guild who kick members who didn't move their teams, but it's really problematic when the guild is split in 2: those who care about gt winning and those who play for fun and don't care about gt. Because yes, guild where there is ppl who play at different rate and different reason without being kicked for this exist (mean 2nd, 3rd, fourth...). What compromise can we do in that situation? Ppl who doesn't switch teams, it's because they don't open their mail. And they don't open mail because they are sick of the spam. We have members who quit because we try to take the gt race...the best compromise is to give the GL the possibility to move, not the officers, at least, officers could give their thought about strategy. If some don't move, it's because they are sick of gt. Would I kick a friend and active contributor for this:no. Does he care if I move his teams for him:no. There is my point of view. And yes I forgot.. We allow our ppl to take vacancy in place with reduce wifi, some go camping in wood and their teams remain in the same lane all gt long..

Sorry, I have read your point after my first reply and I'm agree with cooperation and communication make the gt fun, it's true. We still have to find a solution for the non-mover: desactivate all teams at the end of each gt?
