Dear Betty,

Just going to ask here because the development journal isn't clear. Most of the information in the journal is vague and tells us nothing. Basically, "something changed, but work the details out by yourselves".

You always have a lot of information on hand

The point is for Ucool to step up and make official statements of what has changed.
It's annoying that we need to trial and error every update to see what may have changed.
It would save a lot of time if they just gave us those details with the update - in the correct official forum as they should, each update, every time.
Trial and error is only as effective as long as the updates are obvious and in-your-face. I'm sure there are changes that fly under the radar. Many players probably don't care about them, but others like myself do, and like being as informed as possible about a game we invest our time and money in.

Championship is assumed to be the changes in the forums, but it would still be nice to have some official details on the journal entry - or if that's too much to ask, a link to that thread with an official statement saying the following changes have been implemented.

Re: gear. Why do we need to delve into old photos, threads to hope to discover what gear was changed? Their laziness is just a source of frustration.

Nothing seems to have changed in soul shop. There are still 9 slots for gear, and it seems the quality of items haven't changed. So not sure what the "improvement" there is.

My guild mates who are on iOS told me that they can't send their 5 heroes to outland portal since updating.
They can only send 1 heroe there and off course can't make it!
It seems like they can make it by raid tickets though, they also can't do booty cave.
This bug has a huge impact on them.
Please fix it ASAP.

I confirm that on IOS application is not playable at all. Can't to form a team (only 1 hero can be selected), even can't to send that 1 selected hero to battle (game stuck).

1.It mainly shortens the a season from 6 weeks to 3 weeks with some bug fixes. Here's Ember's Preview post.

2.The equipment is Antique Halberd, and is replaced by Firebolt Axe.
3.The improvement is only applied on server 172 and newer opened servers. Players can get better items in the Soul Shop on server 172 and newer servers.
4.It's some minor changes to make user interaction more user friendly.

That's different than updating the app from the App Store, unless you have your phone to automatically update from the App Store. Even so, if I were you, I would check the App Store to make sure the client itself has been updated, and not just the patch that downloads when you open the app...

I would change termonology, "better" loot in crusade shop may lead all of your loyal customers who are on server 1 -176 (only 176 of them) to wonder why we dont get improved items? Have asked for for months. Do you think we wont spend as much as your new server betty?
