Hi @Ember i am a fan of your game and playing it whole a long time.
Now i have bought a brand new android phone. i was using it with an iphone 4s.
Long time ago i tried to connect the game to my friends phone. And only one time i tried it.
After that i ulinked it.
Now i want to link my new phone but it says "Already linked!"
Can you help me?
I do not want to start at begining
i spent much time for this account.

If you simply forgot your password, why don't you reset it? You should have a backup e-mail or security questions to help you get your google+ password again

Please link or attach the screenshots of your purchase history here or by PM as a proof of account ownership.And please also switch to your old server and give us the new account id you see on your device. You haven't seen the dozens of other requests like this? And they oftentimes process the requests. I'm just left dumbfounded. There is one cs agent who does seem to check IP addresses and what not, and he/she shoots some of them down...which I think should happen more often.... Lol
