As I know, there is no highest drop rate. Only when event like double drop rate in campaign do you get more of it.

don't think there's a "high drop rate"
however I like to farm the chapters with ring or cudgel so at least you farm 2 good items at once

Let say you stand under rank GA 200, earn 34 coins/hour x 24 x 365 = 297,840 coins, you may need 33k x 3 = 99k coins for all new heroes/year, then use the rest for Dragon shoe reels, that is best use of GA coins.
When you found an exploit, shut your mouth and exploit it as much as you could. Only tell ucool to fix it when you're too stupid to use it.

But actually the dragon reels are not so bad to farm
Usually always need Dragon relics/force of God's, Holy cudgel or ring of spectre.
Drop rate isn't that bad (easily 1 in 4),you need only 30 and get some other useful stuff..
Best rate at 17-6, stage you can farm Ring of Spectre also. +30% drop rate than stage with Holy Cudgel.
where did u find that 30% stat?
From my experience, make some tests and you will see
don't think u can test something like that unless you have insane amount of samples, which is impossible cause of stamina beeing a limit factor
I agree, always tend to get 2-3 frags every Raid 10 here. The one with Cudgel and first stage of 19 I get fewer, sometimes only 1.
If you are looking for the worst drop rate i would go to chapter 19, stage 1.
Don't need huge amounts. Farm your Stamina one day from both and check.
The diff is obvious.
