Lost Account

Hi,

This morning I tried to log into my account and it's not there. I contacted Apple and everything is fine with them and when I checked on my other HC account, the name on my account is still there. I'm on server 21

My account ID is 4964223
Name is Walter_White#
And running the latest IOS update
It's a VIP 15 account

I know my account is still there because both of my HC accounts are on server 21. Can you look into this is and restore my Walter_White Account

Walter_White# lvl 101 vip 15

The account I want dropped:
Server 21
25871477
Remove this level 1 account
