It's not only not working for heroes at lvl cap, but also for heroes not at level cap, but you don't have enough xp items to lvl up. So if you have 999 salves, which is by far not enough to lvl from 103 to 104 you can't use this function

We should be able to trade Salves into Cheese or Steaks for equal exp.

Example..

5 Salves = 1 Cheese
25 Salves = 1 Steak
5 Cheese = 1 Steak

This way we could get rid of our overwhelming Salve collection from caves, and save up cheese/steaks allowing your exp button to work for people lvl 102 and higher.
