    lost/merged account

    Hello Ember,

    I have an account and my son had an account. He was linked to my Google account so he could have access to all of the games i have purchased on that account. Unfortunately, he clicked the button to merge accounts with mine on accident and is heartbroken due to the 1+ yr that he has been crafting his team. Please tell me there is a way to recover it and if so how. Thank you in advance.

    Dear Leader
    You will have to make a factory reset to your son's device to clear the login information first. And then create a separate Google+ account for the Heroes Charge account. Then, login the new Google+ account and run Heroes Charge and switch to your son's old server.
    After finishing the tutorial, get the account id on it and give us both the new account id and the lost one's team name or account id. And then we will be able to retrieve the account. Thanks.

    Thank you, I have reset the device, created a new google acct, and installed the app. My son is not sure of his server name though. He thinks it had something to do with "Boaz" Maybe Sword of Boaz or something of the like. You cannot search for servers by name so this is problematic. Can you check the server list and tell me if there is one that fits that description?

    Please confirm that the spelling of your in-game name Phoenix_Blood is correct. We couldn't find your account by searching the in-game name you gave. Thanks.

    He now told me that the name should be Phoenix Blood (without the underscore) and it is on the Heroes Charge HD app if that matters.

    Hello, I am eagerly waiting for a reply. Please advise as to how much longer I will be without access to the account as i have paid money into this account and I am losing out on benefits related to this issue.

    Yes betty, he has waited a week you really should get around to him, especially considering that he has spent some of his money on your game
    There once was a hero named deathgore,
    People thought that he sucked but they weren't sure,

    Still he was worse then everyone
