Double charge on heroic package!

Hi I need help. I purchase a US$99.99 package and a US$4.99 one but my US$99.99 one was charged twice! While I only received the package once (Since you can only buy the package one time per week, so there's no reason I can buy twice). Please refund me the US$99.99 extra charge.
