Bronze chests eating up gems

I was trying too buy bronze chests but was having connection issues and it starting eating up my gems. I've gone from 3600 too 400?

Ucool can access your account but need your account information to do so. The easiest way to get this sorted, is by contacting ingame support.

It's I reset the game and they were still there. Was just connection issues
