Don't have the legendary yet so can't see the figures, but...

1) if it resists cc, why isn't that in the description? That's quite a bit different to resisting simple damage.
2) is it a certain amount of hp, or a certain % of hp?
3) I do think this legendary is good for dw.

I agree with this completely, descriptions need to be added to skills. Same with mani blue skill, mark of fate, and crossed knight blue skill, taunt. I have learned by now that enemies can't cast skills when that affects them, but PLEASE put it into the description.

well bro and sis, that not because of his shield... look at his stats. 70% reduced time controlled. that will make 3 sec stun will only 1 sec on DW, that is why he almost nearly look immune to CC.

I know lots of ppl are focusing on gear, but it would be great if someone who did the dw legendary commented on how he is now. I'm still tl 83 and he's not released yet on new servers so I can't really contribute here. But it would be great to know if he is a viable hero now!

Mmmm, the meta heroes. Hasn't come to my server yet, even though we are all lvl 100s by now.....HOWEVER, not many have decided to go for his L skill yet, so ill take your word for it.
There will always be a way to counter him though, and kinda like mani, a good counter is himself.
A tip about dwarf-if you are the attacking team, your dwarf will stun the other dwarf first and your dwarf will not be stunned. Your dwarf will get the usual armor buff, but your opponents dwarf won't
Other counters involve QoC, IE, MM, and HN.

The team I always counter dwarf with, even though I rarely see him, is Always DW, QoC, IE, MM, and HN. Wins every time, L or not.

if his shield grant immunity to control that is intended IF no damage done, just like HN's refraction.

Dwarf teams are the most easily countered. L skill or not. However the trick is not use a dwarf yourself. When he charged, his team is left behind, leaving your team to start atacking early. Using IE is a good counter because he will thorn the enemy team, thus interrupting them without your team being harrased. Try use lots of interrupts and its a sure win
