Vietnam cheating napgem

Hi Ember and Betty!
I play HC more than 1 year, now vip 12 on server 36 in guild ☆1-RF☆.
I want complain about Vietnam guild. From the beginning of tournament it was small guild about 20 players.
But then VNPro♡ appeared there, everything changed the new Vietnam players started to arrive to our server.
It's ok but i found in heroeschargevn.com that VNPro♡ recruiting ppl with free migration to our server.
Also i found on that site option to buy cheap gems heroeschargevn.com/napgem e.g. 5$ - 180k gems.
I think that VNPro♡ and others vietnam players could use that option because they have not problem with gems. VNPro always fights back in both arenas without cooldown. And he fight really so much we can't even count how much almost with half of our guild several times per day.
And some his guildmates do the same.
Also he have vip heroes with 5 stars that didn't appear in any shop.
We wrote some complaints but nothing changed.
We're vip players very disappointed with situation so we spend real money in big amounts but someone can buy for 5$ - 180k gems. It's not fair.
So can u pls take this situation under ur control and check Vietnam players especially VNPro♡.

Lol if dont know about that site plz dont say anything. Some Vietnamese ppl dont have visa/master card,they have to buy gems by mobile card and it is expensive. Normally, 5$ - 150 vip points but if u use that site,u have to pay 8$. And 5$ for 180k gems... Fuking crazy lol.

OP may take it wrongly, that $5 package = 180k means if user wants to buy $5 package he/she will have to pay 180 thousands Vietnam's dong (Vietnam currency), the website earn money by charging cash from users who do not have master/visa or credit cards and purchase for them (with a fee, of course).

If you want to use that "cheat", you must pay more money to get VIP point than other gamer used credit card to buy gems
