Betty, when can we expect this iOS nonsense to be fixed? The game keeps glitching, white screens keep appearing, content keeps disappearing, I had a free silver and gold chest which didn't even show me what content was within so I have no idea if I truly got anything free. This is ridiculous. What is being done? I want to see a log of what my chests granted me bc if there isn't a log then I deserve the reopen those chests. You have a double stone drop event and most of the screens for elite to farm can't even be accessed. At one point in the game all the menu options vanished from the screen (screen shot below). Unreal.

I am using iOS. The game has been a nightmare as the waiting continues. I have yet to see a log report on your end proving that I did, in fact, received items for my Free Silver and Gold chests. How do I know I was rewarded if the game never showed me anything? I want evidence.
Even more, today the game, again, locked during my Valkyrie level 7 raid. I saw no rewards on my screen, only a message to reset the game for an update. I force close the app and perform the update. I go back to my Valkyrie and see no more attempts remaining. So, show me proof I received rewards, because I don't think I did. I only have one ice staff reel in my inventory. I checked. You're going to tell me a raid only have me 1 out of 5 ice staff reels? I don't think so.
Also, I only have 10 Titan Axe reels? Explain to me how I only have 10 after a raid on stage 7 Valkyrie when everyone knows you get close to 15-20. So I averaged 2 axe reels a raid? That's never happened. I keep track of my gear, I know.
So, the question is what is being done to return my rewards to me that were never given in the first place?

That still doesn't answer my question on where are my rewards from my free silver and gold chest as well as the rewards from today's Valkyrie 7 raids. How will those rewards be given? The players in your game shouldn't be punished for a bug in a game they weren't responsible for, so what is being done?
I look forward to your response. I want my rewards.

The issue with the silver and gold chest happened Tuesday, March 22nd between the times 1pm-2pm Central Standard Time. I am unable to recall the exact time, but I know it was about those times as the screenshots I had sent in an earlier message to you are post dated at 1:45pm.
As for the Valkyrie 7 raids rewards, the issue happened in the morning hours yesterday, March 23rd, between 8:00am-8:30am.

Take this line for example,it means that you had 28x Torc of Sight and got 1 more from the Chest. Thanks.
