Suggestion on a tournament sign in.

We encountered a problem with the signing in for the guild tournament. There is no way to know what guild signed where, except for communicating directly to the people. Which is not always an easy thing to do. So in order to avoid two strongest guilds having a blind fight in a preliminaries, and to avoid such a communication i suggest ucool should apply kind of like a championship sign in system here. Guilds would earn ranks, according to the previous tournament results. And the next signing would go according to those ranks. It is not a complicated system, or something that has to be invented. Its been used for years and proven to be effective. What say u?

Good suggestion.this gives a chance to small guilds to make it further.hope it gets implemented
