Arena reward calculated 3 minutes after 9p.m.!

Dear Betty,

the arena rewards are calculated at least 3 minutes later than 9 p.m. and thus, i was given rewards for rank 4 instead of rank 1.
In times of doubled arena loot, this means i missed 400 gems due to the failure of the game's calculations. You can see in my arena log when i got kicked down from rank 1, it was after 9 p.m.

Please take a look into this.

It takes time to finalize all ranks that sometimes it could take minutes before a player's rank can be finalized. We reported this problem to our developers but our developers think it as normal. We will try report it again. Thanks.

I would suggest at 9 pm sharp, system have a cool down of 10 minutes before any player engage in new fight for next day Arena/GA.

I attack last minute 8.59 n took rank 2...but I was given rank 5 rewards....this never happen before....but why now??!!

We would make it much faster for players who is online at 9:00 PM. But our developer said that he has to complete his current task first before he can optimize the arena finalization mechanics which would be some weeks. Thanks.
