No arena awards

Got on like 8:50ish to collect arena awards 9:20and i usually get it at like 9:05-9:07 still no luck tonight (i attacked from 5th to 4th at 8:58 ) can you kindly take a look when you get the time. Thank you

Its probably a bug. I have the same issue and others too. On my guild there are other 3 that didnt received the reward. Here is the link of the thread:

We basicly play for those reward and didn't got them. It's only the normal arena it seem.

I grab 10th in ga at 8:58 pm and don't recieve my rewards until after 10:00 pm and it didn't give me 10th but my current position at 36th why!?!?!?!

i resetted arena attack 2 times with 100 gems , rank 3rd in arena at 21h , and no rewards . After Betty re-sent the rewards , i got rewards with rank 12 arena, why ????
