They will not answer you. Coz they know about the bug and they want you to buy gems and try to catch up with server
The biggest problem is that the support (who barley speaks english or simple DONT understand english) HAVE NO!!!! idea of the game!
Mostly they dont even read your mails and just send some standard mails <--- this is by far the most disgusting part! I sent 4 screenshots i explained every screenshot with about 3-4 sentences and THEY REPLY: "please send us a screenshot from your problem"
And what Kuwait what is right, the "Embers" in the support cant do shit, they have to give it to a higher instance (how many embers do you have by the way? WOuld be way nicer and cleaner IF U GIVE EVERY SUPPORT HIS OWN NAME!!!!)
When i read the support replys and what Betty writes... gosh makes me sick let me quote something what i read today:
