    Nymph of sea bugged

    Nymph of sea 2nd skill appears to not be working. Enemies cast ultimate skill while inside the water bubble and receive no damageClick image for larger version.  Name: image.jpg  Views: 31  Size: 22.1 KB  ID: 9316

    I have never seen it work. Can only assume it is against all heroes
