Raid drops not doubled

Our guild just defeated the final boss of raid 17-5 Admiral's Hallucination and a guild member who was already in the double drop event time frame dealt the killing blow on the boss, but the drops were not doubled. Items lost were Wraith Lorica and Imperator's Axe

estimate time when i kill the raid boss: 28-01.2016, 06.03 on my GMT is +7 (but i am using GMT+6 on my HC for a long time, so it suppose to be 05.03 on GMT+6)



i did my kill on chapter 17.1 raid, on last boss The Enchantress and the item dropped. But the double raid loot didnt work since, like in the screenshot only 1 listed on queue not 2.

I hope you compensate me with the item "Wrath Lorica" that suppose to be mine right now?

I asked the guild not to kill the boss who already 5% HP until my daily reset. Woke up early just to do this event, and the event not working. So sad....

The same problem. Have no screen but in raid 15 on the boss I looted halberd. Only one halberd not two halberds.

lol. then betty is sure lazy to read IF she think that way. we already know that event started at 5.00 morning in the 28th january. so we do raid after that because we know the event suppose to be active.

Life isn't fair...you think they purposely meant to put a bug on it? No, just be happy they are prolonging it, meaning we get 3 days and a half or the sort...
