You said that all we got to do is to give our id and server to have our hero rollbacked, but my chaplain hasn't rollbacked yet. Here's my data :

Huh, this is weird. This bug was said to have been fixed, all heroes were demoted back down to the highest color they could be, and items used for promotion were returned. I also know this from experience, because some people on the new server I joined, server 174 Cult of the Moth had abused the glitch and gotten Purple +2 heroes at level 46, but they are now back at Blue +2.
yup, the bug was fixed if only your heroes were rollbacked by the script from ucool developer.. the main problem here is nai2yn had given her id and server since few days ago but up until now her hero hasn't rollbacked yet.

Dear Betty,
i know that my current TL is 84 and it fulfills the gear conditions. But, i promoted my chaplain when my TL hasn't reach 84 (It's about 83 or 82, i'm forget) and i didn't wish my chaplain to be in orange. Can you re-check my account ? maybe you can see the log and trace it.So, please rollback my chaplain to p+4..
