    For Apple, billing issues are major issues in your code. Fix it and the patch will pass...

    Real dates are 24 & 26 of Dec.

    As what I said in the first reply, on Dec. 17th we didn't even start the event yet. So please contact App Store to cancel the 49.99 pack on 17th. And we've delivered the one on Dec. 25th.
