    Heroic Case Not Delivered (twice)

    Hey,

    I purchased the Heroic Case on 12/17 & 12/25 and it has still not been delivered. The items, gems and bonuses have still not been delivered after more than 10 days. Account ID 20172870. I have attached my receipt. Please let me know what I need to do to get my items and bonuses, or if you need additional information.

    I made a second purchase because it didnt work. Basically i want my order delivered and my second one cancelled.

    We did not start the Heroic event yet when it was 17th. So we are sorry that we can only re-send you the 25th one. Please contact itunes by using the "Report a Problem" feature on your purchase history and see if they can cancel the 12/17's order for you. Thanks.

    The least you can do is sending a compensation... Major bugs turning an app into forced sale... You could have been banned from Itunes.

    Lets do it simply and give me that second order too. I won't have to cancel it that way.

    And since there is only 1 at 49$, give me the one at 99. Thank you in advance.

    This sounds sketchy.
    Betty said that the event was started on the 17th (when you said your purchased it) so that is up to you. You need to follow up with the App store.
    And they resent you the pack from the 25th.
    It sounds like they did everything right on their end.

    Weird pricing on the pile of gems also from his screenshot....it seems all over the place...sketchy indeed...

    The game client bugged. It asked for multiple purchase confirmations.

    Don't question my orders. Question the game code. There are a crazy number of issues with those heroes pack. That's fishy as hell.

    Btw, the weird pricing on the pile of gems is the result of multiple purchases of 4.99 during december.

    Following up with the appstore is stupid, it would obviously hurt Ucool... Their code was messy and if Apple conludes that it's deliberate they could get banned...

    Anyway, i'm waiting for a solution ASAP. Thank you.

    As you can see the timing is correct. On itunes desktop app, purchases are grouped.

    I've had issues with in app purchases as well. If the app shutsdown while you purchase, you will be charged, but receive nothing. Be sure to contact the support for help.

    If you did, you didn't deliver the second one (12/26/2015). I only got one delivered.

    There are 2 heroes packs. Only one was delivered plz check thank you.

    On Itunes desktop client the date is wrong since it s grouped with 2 other purchases.
