Since I first started playing this server.
Problem Detail:
I have climbed about 27.000 steps in rank in arena and I have gotten about 350 gems total i think. And I remember from starting in another server before that it did gave me alot more gems. I could be wrong but i talked to My brother and he could by 10x gold chest after the first or second day playing and he was not vip which i am.
I wonder if you could just take a look and see if everything is correct or not.
