They both greatly improve with 02, so it depends on what you need more. An Off-Tank or Phys Midlane AoE Dmg

No, you said it right. If you ask me, both heroes are great at O+2 (not that I have them yet - still O +1 xD but I've seen them perform), so you can't make a mistake.

VS is the choice.
DV is more of a luxury option for off tank. She can be countered easily by magic or DeB, and she is especially weak against VW - EB team.

These heroes shine in different teams:

DV is great in a defensive CC team with these: TF, Manip, QoC, Chemist, Cmdr, SoulH, Griffin...
VS is great in AoE attack team (can be used for defense, too) wth these: CK (if Sapper is included), Commando, Sapper, HN, IE, CA...

If you are going for a good Arena team, I would sugges DV, if you want extra GA stability, VS. (If you already have a good team without DV for 1 def team)

in a full 90seconds fight, i can't see how Vegeance Spirit cast his 3rd skill, no snake!! Anyone knows about?

DV is in almost all of the top 15 teams on my server. People say she gets even better with her legendary. Personally I find she is overrated and that people are making copycat teams without evaluating strengths of other characters. VS works well with HN - however you would need to put someone behind her so she's not vulnerable to Ninja - maybe Witch? Just a thought.

i would agree with you except that, she's very useful in GC as well at legendary
Using her and VS in gc makes it feasible even when facing lvl99 r1 teams

Post a video? That's the only way for us to see your claim. Normally, you should see a yellowish number (signifies energy stolen) on top of VS when she does the 3rd skill. For me, it works just fine.
