Game showing network connectivity issue every time, but I have checked my network connection and there is not any problem in network.
I got in for about 1 min. Just enough time to collect some stam. Now back to endless connecting messages.

No, I want compensation for not being able to increase rank before 21:00.
For example I was 25th at 21:00 because server did not work and now I'm 6th, took it rather easily too.
So I am missing some gems and Arena coins because of their server malfunction. They are getting paid by US so they need to compensate us players.
My app seems locked at opening artwork, no text. Do I need to reinstall?
Edited to add: OK, I force-stopped the app, tapped the icon to start it again and all seems well. Didn't have to reinstall or restart the phone or anything like that.

My account is acting up. Once when I was trying to login, I got an error message saying someone else accessed my account. Now, I get my Arena rewards 4 hours early. Checked settings and it's correct at GMT - 4. What a waste.
Aint happening.
Then I to can state that I was rank 114 and was not able to get higher rank and therefore you should give me X stuff for compensation.
So yeah, there will be a mail from Ember most likely in a few days with a small compensations to all players and it will not be any diffrent from what I get, you get or any other player. My guess is 100 gems and coins for compensation.
No answer or information about this problem.. And no inbox mail on game... Problems happen but we need know the causes and compensation
