    Gems not received

    I have been waiting for a reply from support regarding gem purchases that were never received...please look into this matter for me as it has been two weeks now...account 12636279 server 84.

    How can you not? I have provided you with the receipt. There is an order on your system with that order number and all you have to do is check that it never was applied to my account.
