    Unintended purchase in arena shop

    The issue happened just now when I totally screwed up and purchased a moonglow for 6681 arena points when I was just trying to see how many I had. I totally don't need it. Can you take it back and replace my arena coins? Ugh. Thank you for your time and help on advance.

    Why does going through the email support take a long time? And sometimes they don't even respond so issues start to pile up and then largely forgotten since new ones come up and take their place? I had the same thing happen and I sold the thing sent in screenshots and I still have not received the reimbursement....and only sold it after being told to do so...
