Not getting Arena win coins?

I noticed before that it seemed like I wasnt getting as many mail notices as I have been getting arena and grand arena wins in my logs. I paid closer attention, between today and yesterday so far I have gotten 14 arena defense wins, but only got the coins for it in my mailbox twice? Why is this?

I knew you could only get guild coins 5 times a day, I wasnt aware that was the same with arena coins though? Either way though, I didnt even get awarded arena coins 5 times today.
