I farming them right now and they are both lvl 89 skill maxed, silencer only 3* and ninja only 4*

You need dv and silencer to complete whole ch 15
I dont use ninja for whole ch 15
I did the whole chapter without them (maybe used silencer once)
My team is:
CW DM VS DB COM
CW clones and DB giant tank pretty much everything
VS for insta-cc on boss US
COM for initial stun and buff to get the team's energy up quickly cuz there's no tank
While Silencer is at your level on skills and a bit promoted is doable.
Don't know how to pass without silencer, in some stages, first automatic silence blocks ultimate from a boss, and difference is having all team melted or all team alive...
On other stages, seeing a ES, IE, LM, IM casting his skill and casting silence is the difference between all heroes alive or dead...
I suggest to try with your 3* silencer, if it's skilled and partially or fully geared I think you can do it.
PD: I spent at least 40 retries on CW stage (when do all correct, VS didn't freeze CW or NA didn't crit enough...) and around 10+ on the mid-stage after the second one, after that think that rest of them was done at first attempt or with 2-3 tries...
Don't know how to pass without NA, but can try with YFARI setup.
In some stages, start, lose 3 heroes against a bombman, remove Tank and put Commando and CW and perfect.
In others, use EB as tank, if he has time to use special means usually you can pass that stage.
The CW one I used CW VS, Admiral, DV, and I think panda. The key was to keep him stunned the whole time till u killed him
Passed the second fight with
CW, ninja assasin orange 5* from my gulid, death mage, commando and vengeance
hopes to to deal with conflict at the border as well :/

I did it without silencer. Actually 16 is also possible without him.

I cant remember, was long ago. But i didnt use silencer for sure, mine is just 2*.
Ninja was a critical hero on most stages.
yep truth is ninja is much more important and needed if u ask me, I believe death mage or shadowleaf can replace silencer

My SL is lvl86 3* +3 almost max geared for the jump to +4 is he strong enough for chapter 15 normal?
Passed chap 15 and didnt use even single time ninja there i remember i used cw , silencer vs and ie mostly ninja is sit on p4 dont wanna invest on op hero like him or eb when he was on his prime , use cc heroes mostly ks the key for win chap 15 all stages r stars only 2 are on 2 stars for me i even pass 4 elites already with 1 star
Pass = 3 star. No point in passing stages 1 or 2 star. Plz come up with 3 star team or dont comment.
As i sayd little cryin kiddo all stages three stars only two of them two stars and i can repeat them with three easy since all my heroes are o1now so stfu u little potatto head ant and go back to ur cave lol do u realize urself asking for help in normal chapters lol ur brain is dead imo lol
I did mis read. My apologies. I passed all 15 3* with o+0 heroes at lvl 89. Did use sil and na so I cant comment to op.
