This character is not used because it causes little damage and does nothing at allI made him a legendary skill, but it was not necessary.
How do you want to improve this hero?
I think he needs to change the legendary skill - to death, he explodes and deals damage to all enemy heroes.
And change the 4 skill to something passive (+ a magical power or something like that).

This hero is really useless in the game.Cool design aside, this hero is not helpful in any out land portal or trials.Other bad heroes aka master mage, soulhunter, shadow shaman is at least useful in some PVE circumstances while for him, he's a three star hero that is of no use in the game.
How do you want to improve this hero?
I think it's hard to change his skills so one change is to grant him a new race/medal(can be name hybrid/invincibility or something) this race basically gives him all the medal enhancement e.g the original, swordsmanship and all the other races. An alternative is to give him a legendary skill that enable him to get all the medal enhancement. This will make him attractive and useful for PVP. Having the flier medal can make him useful for the northern dragon in outland portal also.

Why do you think this hero needs improvement?: Because his skill seem to be very strong in some cases but never show, he's so soft, low HP, armor then in battle he dies so fast, cant make much damage. he needs much more survival skills to maximize his potential for damage.
How do you want to improve this hero?:
1. Add more hp/armor/magic resist
2. New skill set:
skill1: Totured Spirits - Shalandar releases hungry ghosts that deal magic damage over a broad area AND SLOW ENEMY DOWN. This skill will also be triggered automatically upon Shalandar's death.
skill2: Shades - need more damage
skill3: Mastery of dead - Ferryman increases his attack DAMAGE & BONUS HP every time a Hero dies. The effect of Skill Shades & Totured Spirits will also be increased.
skill4: Ferryman terrifies all enemies nearby and greatly reduces their attack damage and ARMOR
Legendary skill: when shalandar' HP lower than 25% he become Demon true form - 100% magic resistant and unaffected by control skill

Why do you think this hero needs improvement? : For a str. hero he is very very weak, his Heal is not big thing after purple.
How do you want to improve this hero? :
1.Give him a Legendary status.
2.Remove that 3rd skill "GIFT" or at least make it more valuable (10k. health).
3.When he get lower health let him become berserker and really do his job with spears and fire on them
4.Please make his ultimate skill, recharge a little bit faster
5.I think that Purple skill "Spell resistance" should be replace with something for dmg, str or atack speed
p.s. He really looks like a punk bad ass, but most of the time, He perform as a not "big" deal.

1.For a legendary skill, her is total crap. Change it to some other, like aura, like all archers should get dmg per every shot thay did (+50/100dmg for every next shot)
2.Concussion skill, is not worth. Total dmg is 1500, for a late game, this is nothing. Change the skill or improve it
3.Put that hat on her head. Now she is a LEGEND, she deserve her Hat with that feather on
4.You can give her more dmg and some life steal

very hard to improve, because you only can farm one per day (chapter 1 Elite, later chpater 12 and 16 too - but then the other charakters are a lot stronger than he is, and he never can reach them).
Would be nice, if you create a new farm spot between chapter 4 to 7 or give more cards in the bronze chests.
