Can't tranfer account from Xperia to Iphone

Hello , i tried to transfer my account " Matthieu" ,account id : 10419850 on server 12.
I want to transfer it from an Xperia to an account , tried to log on with google+ ap on the iphone but when i enter the code it doesn't work.
Can you help me please ?

Please make a new account on your iOS device and switch to your old server. And then give us both new and old account IDs on that server. And then we can help port your account to your iOS device. Thanks.
