It took so much time since the appearance of these heroes, but errors in their ultimate abilities is still not fixed.
1. Ember Blade
Description of his ultimate clearly says that "when Ember Blade is hit by critical strikes, the fire remnants will explode". But the ability to be activated even by normal strikes (during the existence of the hero noticed it many times), if they are deadly. The ability to activates by any critical hit (even with full HP) and from any non-critical hit when it took the last points of Ember Blades (left about 1000 HP in total, then gets a normal hit on 4400 HP from the Fallen Dominion)
It turns out that the ultimate activates, when it should not be.
2. Commander
Her ultimate definitely does physical damage as she can life steal during it. Any physical hit in the game has a chance to miss, if the target have the dodge rate (Pilots ultimate misses often at Commando). But the Commander's ultimate does not account for the dodge probability, although all hits in the chain are physical (see Cloud Walkers ultimate, it misses as expected for physical hits).
I checked it against: Drunken Master, Fallen Dominion, Arcane Sapper, they all have a good chance to dodge physical attacks, but in all the battles during the Commander's ultimate wasnt a single miss, that is certainly a bug in its work.
Please help to fix that bugs.
