    Exclamation 2 heroes ulti's bug.

    Hello
    It took so much time since the appearance of these heroes, but errors in their ultimate abilities is still not fixed.

    1. Ember Blade
    Description of his ultimate clearly says that "when Ember Blade is hit by critical strikes, the fire remnants will explode". But the ability to be activated even by normal strikes (during the existence of the hero noticed it many times), if they are deadly. The ability to activates by any critical hit (even with full HP) and from any non-critical hit when it took the last points of Ember Blades (left about 1000 HP in total, then gets a normal hit on 4400 HP from the Fallen Dominion)
    It turns out that the ultimate activates, when it should not be.

    2. Commander
    Her ultimate definitely does physical damage as she can life steal during it. Any physical hit in the game has a chance to miss, if the target have the dodge rate (Pilots ultimate misses often at Commando). But the Commander's ultimate does not account for the dodge probability, although all hits in the chain are physical (see Cloud Walkers ultimate, it misses as expected for physical hits).

    I checked it against: Drunken Master, Fallen Dominion, Arcane Sapper, they all have a good chance to dodge physical attacks, but in all the battles during the Commander's ultimate wasnt a single miss, that is certainly a bug in its work.

    Please help to fix that bugs.

    Thanks for your report,

    1: For ember blade, when he receives critical strikes, he would absolutely cast the skills of explode, and at the beginning of the battle he also has a chance to cast this skill, thanks.
    2: And for the ultimate of commander, he would increase damage attack, and some of the life steal rate, you may need to take times to distinguish between different heroes.

    foe ember blade critical strike must understand is the fatal strike not the normal critical.
    no idea abt commando.
    Btw betty explanation help nothing. Maybe because those are not u cool heroes so they not really understand their mechanics

    dear betty, can your sentences make any less sense?
    1) critical strike is not equal to fatal strike, and he cant cast his ulti at the begining, cause he doesnt have energy for it (ULTI = first skill, that needs energy, in case you dont know)
    you should change the description of his ulti to fatal strike or remake the mechanics

    2) commander is a SHE, not HE, and her ulti is also different than you describe ...

    seriously, have you ever played or at least seen the game?

    Sorry, I can not imagine how it all relates to that what I wrote, you get the wholе point wrong, probably.

But he casts the skill of explode even when killing shot is not the critical strike. Critical strike =/= fatal strike (one that brings life points to 0).
    This is the bug of his ultimate, which need to be fixed.

    2. The bottom line is that when the Commander strike the enemy by her ultimate - she does not misses any of hits in the chain at all, although the enemy have a high dodge rate.
    It's not a bad random, I checked into a large number of duels - dodge just ignored by her ultimate. Commanders ultimate does only physical strikes - so that means that they must take into account the probability of a miss.
    This is the bug of her ultimate, which need to be fixed.

    -Critical strike has 2 meanings, fatal strike and in RPG terms.. dealing explosive dmg. For EB, http://db.youba.com/dtcq/yingxiong/58/ (chinese DotA hero database), critical strikes meaning fatal strike (致命一击 in chinese).

    -Commander skill: http://www.youba.com/dtcq/87056/1.htm. DotA analysts confirmed her ult are not interruptible, not silenceable, not dodge-able. (不能打断、不能沉默、不能闪避). Its just an OP skill.

    These are VIP 11 exclusive heroes in DotA, its OPness are deliberated created by DotA developers.

    Tl:dr: no bug exists, they are OP heroes.

    1. We will report the case to our production team and developers. I think it's intended and rational. We will probably change the skill description to a more accurate one.
