It's not coming out until Ember says it's ok to be released.
There are reasons for it being delayed
1) its too complicated to code - have you seen the INVOKER in DOTArena?
2) Ember stated its too overpowered - even if the dev's do code it - it will be a watered down (nerf) version
3) Ember already redid the 1.9 patch notes and it does not include summmoner - most likely due to similarities to DOTArena hence will not arrive

Please don't get your hopes up about Summoner. I too want that hero to be released, but it is very unlikely.

I don't care if it's summoner or another hero but it would be good to have another hero in soul shop...
Any vip10+ on an old server has SM 5* and a massive pile of soul coins.
