What I gather from their posts they require all the winners to sign an agreement prior to announcing them as winners. Without the signatures they can't be a winner and thus can't release the final list.

If you truly feel your pathetic attempts at personal attacks will affect me, by all means do so.

1. Server Migration feature would not be available in the near future.

2. 1.9 would not be available within a month.

3. Hero Design campaign top 10 would be announced next week. Ember is dealing it now. Thanks.

4. We didn't change the Soul Stone drop rate.

5. Bronze Box nerf(no crafted purples) was the consideration for keeping game instereting in the long run.
