Bought an item from goblin merchant by mistake with gem

I bought a "Ball Lightning Reel" today from goblin merchant with 312 gem today by mistake, instead of pressing the cancel button i press ok.

was wondering if there any possibility i could get my 312 gem back and removed the "Ball Lightning Reel" from my inventory
