    I have the same issue. I have submitted a ticket and three days later got a response that there was a new patch.

    Still no watchtower. So I updated the report.

    New response was wait til after the next patch and please take this survey.

    Still no watchtower.

    No gems for installing the spyware. No daily gems since. Lovely.

    I installed goggle chrome and got my Watch Tower and claimed gems and it worked for a few days now I have been able to claim gems for a few days
