As a follow-up to my original post dated 04/18/15; No Access to Ancient Temple; I thought that I better create a new post to show a new problem. On Sunday,4/19/15, your system showed that I was challenged in Arena and lost. While reviewing the video replay, I actually saw that I won. I sent a copy of this battle to show my guild mates. The ones that saw the video replay said it showed that I clearly lost. Why my video replay would differ from what my guild mates see doesn't make sense. Since I can't see what my guild mates see, I decided to make screen prints of my battle for your review.
Now its Monday, 4/20/15, and everything was looking fine until someone attacked me in Grand Arena. It said I lost on the first two battles. The 1st battle was a lost, but the second battle shows I won. Yet, your system registers a complete loss for both battles and I lose 31 positions. Please review these videos replays from your end before they disappear. Please advise why it seems I'm the only one in my guild who's experiencing this problem and what your findings are. Thank you.
i had the very same problem too and when i posted my problem on my guild's facebook page, a few of my guild mates said they experienced the same problem, although they win the battle the game registers it as a loss
u can clearly see that i won the first battle, but it says i lost.. i was not even checking my booty cave replays before and now i learned that people experience this in booty caves too. they win but game registers a loss and the looter gets it all. I dont know if this is a bug abuse or the work of some hackers but i am a paying customer for this game, and not only did i invest money i also invested my time, and definitely not for this kind of nonsense!

Sorry for the inconvenience. The problem is caused by battle verification bug. Our developers are still working on fixing the problem. And we will have a hotfix soon. Thanks.
Here's another one where I initiate the battle, win and system shows I lost. I had my guild mates look at the video replay and they say that I only killed enemy Sapper and everyone else was alive on the enemy side. I and everyone else would like to know why the are 2 versions of this fight??? I can't post what my guild mates but here's my version.
i keep mailng every time i have this problems whit sshots. But i never get a feedback. its the fourth day i have the same problmes. Lose a lot of crystal becouse i dont reach my normal rank in arena y grand arena. Hope ucool compensation has to be real good this time. i play the game all most for 6 month never happend this...
I have same problems.
If i check Arena or Booty cave battle's logs, i lose battle,
but when i watch battle replay, i see the opposite situation, my heroes defeated the enemy team.

I understand this problem is out of your control so that's fine. I decided just to list my nightly losses until this is fixed. This is for Tuesdays Arena Rewards. I logged off yesterday with rank 51 in Grand Arena Tuesday, 4/21/15. This morning I saw I lost 102 places places so I checked my video replays. I won the 1st and 2nd battle. 1st battle shows a loss that I actually won so I'll post pictures for reference.
