Old servers feel empty,what ucool gonna do about it?

What do you mean old servers are empty? I'm on server 3 and i see more than 1000 people LVL90 and active. Want more competition?

Server 7 is as alive as 1 can be. Obv that there are ppl who quit every once in a while but i would not say the server is inactive.

You guys might not be aware, but on the CN version there are over 600 servers (might be even more now). No merging there yet!

Question regarding switching servers...I'm on a level 80 capped server and I'd like to switch to a 90 capped server. When switching, how do you know which ones have a level 90 cap? Also...when switching servers, do you have to start from scratch?

Yes, you do have to start from scratch.

You just need to see a top heroes power board, I doubt you will see 2 guys with exact same power. And that's not important cuz it's only the rank when server merge happens, people can take whatever rank they want as long as they have the power to do so.

One spent thousands and still got his ass kicked. The reason is very very simple, others spent more than him.

You said top 5 heroes, for old servers people will have same top 5.

no one said anything about getting their ass kicked. What we're talking about is losing rank because of a server merge where you have no control on where you end up.
Anyway I'm done with this, since I cant see mergers happening anytime soon, so it's pointless to go back and forth.
